“To begin, choosing a diving coach, trainer or a professional consultant is not just about qualifications, it’s about the time they have spent gaining experience. It is also their approach or philosophy to the subject matter they intend to provide.”

Philosophy on Dive Leadership
Distributed Leadership
“My training philosophy is based on a leadership model where the distribution of responsibility is appropriately shared and owned. I have always professed that what I, as an instructor, am responsible for teaching is much different than what a student is responsible for learning (learn more). To that end this paradigm encompasses every fundamental component required to ensure divers are safe, competent and confident divers. My goal is to help better position divers and diving professionals to be more dynamic and effective explorers with superior skill-sets by sharing the wealth of experience and knowledge I have gained having worked with some of the world’s greatest diving pioneers. I believe this approach is essential to not just developing strong divers, but strong leaders in this industry.” ~ BN
